Job summary

CRH, Oldcastle, a major CRH company, is seeking US Mix Production Workers to safely package and palletize cement products and support the production line. The role involves assisting with startup, operation and cleaning of equipment, and complying with safety and quality standards.

As part of a manufacturing team, you will handle lifting of bags up to 100 lbs, operate a forklift to move products, and maintain clean work areas while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work in a manufacturing facility with exposure to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, forklifts and noise.
• Occasional ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Frequent ability to lift and gather bags weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Constant standing and manual dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Package and palletize cement related products.
• Transport products to warehouse storage via forklift.
• Clean equipment and work area.
• Meet established productivity goals.
• Identify and report safety, quality and efficiency concerns.
• Follow instructions from Production Operators.
