FrieslandCampina Ingredients North America, Inc. in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin is seeking a Packaging Operator to operate packaging equipment and support our cheese production line with a strong focus on quality and food safety.

This hands-on role requires sanitation duties, CCP checks, and accurate documentation as part of a fast-paced team. The 12-hour schedule rotates days and nights, promoting reliability and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience working in a production or packaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and packaging equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation activities to maintain a clean‑room‑like environment.
• Conduct CCP checks and verify product quality standards.
• Collect product samples and accurately complete required documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report operational issues.
• Handle and use approved cleaning compounds safely and effectively.
• Support facility‑wide sanitation and housekeeping activities.
• Follow GMPs, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Cross‑train in additional manufacturing processes as needed.

Hours:Days 6AM - 6PM / Nights 6PM - 6AM

Schedule: 12-hour, 2-2-3 with every other Fri / Sat / Sun off

Key Responsibilities
