Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all packaging and spin washing equipment as required by work instructions/specifications.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of packing materials. Match proper inserts and boxes with the correct individual bearing sizes using the packing set up sheet as a guide.
• Ensure proper matching of bearing serial numbers with respect to packaging labelling and associated paperwork.
• Record routine data and count bearings or parts as directed.
• Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards.
• Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process. Monitor production process according to maintenance schedule and perform routine maintenance in timely manner.
• Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems.
• Required to train other operators as needed.
• May be required to work in other departments or occasionally to set up a process for others to operate.
• Ability to read and interpret production printsas required.
• Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required work.
