The position operates on second shift with a base pay of $24.71 per hour plus a $1.25 shift differential, and union benefits after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in FDA regulated packaging environment desirable.
• Proficient in navigating HMI screens for packaging equipment (Tablet/Capsule Filler, Cottoner, Capper).
• Must read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment per PPE, safety, and EHS standards.
• Execute packaging operations according to SOPs.
• Respond promptly to alarms and troubleshoot packaging issues.
• Perform equipment cleaning, change parts, and line clearance activities.
• Complete logs, batch records, and verification checks.
• Stage and transfer packaging materials and bulk products as needed.
• Verify packaging components against batch records and protocols.
• Stack finished goods on pallets and transfer to warehouse.
• Operate palletizer and pallet jack safely.
• Communicate with team to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
