Qualificações

• Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or above.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain packaging line efficiency in line with the plan and address deviations.
• Ensure safe, correct operation of packing lines equipment and plant.
• Support peers in achieving safety, quality and efficiency standards in the packing hall.
• Achieve packaging score targets.
• Maintain cleaning regimes to the highest standard.
• Participate in processes that improve business performance.
• Communicate effectively with Operations staff to maximise efficiency.
• Monitor adherence to standards and resolve breaches promptly with stakeholders.
