Job summary

SNF Chemtall, a subsidiary of SNF Holding Company, seeks a Bagger Operator in the Powder Production Plant. This entry-level role handles packaging, sampling and materials handling of Polyacrylamide powders.

You will operate packaging equipment, log production data, perform forklift duties and ensure product labeling and cleanliness, while adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements. Overtime and shift flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Written and oral communication in English is required.
• Ability to work overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in packaging or chemical manufacturing is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
• Maintain required paperwork and quality visuals.
• Log data such as Log Sheet, Weight Sheet, and Blend Sheet.
• Operate forklift and perform inspections.
• Prepare samples as required and ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and PPE compliance.
• Identify chemical properties and hazards.
• Meet or exceed production rates and standards.
• Other duties including training of others and reporting.
