Job summary

Kentucky HOP Dry Mix in Hopkinsville, KY seeks a packaging operator to support multiple packaging lines. You will read batch tickets, operate VFFS and case-packing equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following GMPs.

Excellent pay with night-shift differential, ongoing skill-based increases, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays. Prior manufacturing or food packaging experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food processing and packaging machinery experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow batch ticket instructions.
• Operate and adjust packaging equipment and perform line changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe operating area and follow GMPs.
• Input data related to SPC, batch tickets and finished product evaluations.
