Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is hiring for an Operator I on the 3rd shift in Tampa, FL. You will operate packaging line equipment, perform line clearances, and ensure product quality and proper documentation throughout the shift.

The role requires high attention to detail, ability to work quickly under pressure, and strong teamwork with excellent communication. Training in SOPs, EHS, and HR is expected, with a focus on maintaining OEE and GMP standards at all times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates automated and manual packaging line equipment.
• Maintains production area to prevent cross-contamination (line clearance).
• Cleans packaging lines after each run and performs line clearance.
• Responsible for maintaining OEE and proper batch documentation.
• Records all activities accurately and on time in batch records.
• Completes trainings (SOP, EHS, HR) annually.
• Supports OpEx and EHS initiatives.
• Adheres to GMP, ISO, and EHS standards within the area.
• Participates in improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve OEE.
