Job Summary

Salary Range: $17.50 to $21.00 Per Hour

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including experience level, education, knowledge, skills, abilities, and working shift.

Position Overview

This position provides finished goods packaging support to the Warehouse Team. It requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and flexibility to perform tasks as needed to support the warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide resources to package, inspect, and kit parts for various medical devices.
2. Perform basic finished goods packaging following written work instructions.
3. Perform basic computer transactions in the MES system.
4. Maintain appropriate inventory of materials at the assigned workstation.
5. Move finished goods to designated locations in the warehouse using a pallet jack.
6. Adhere to quality standards and established procedures in all work activities.
7. Identify product defects and document them accurately.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following good manufacturing practices.
9. Complete quality and production forms to document actions and products.
10. Support additional duties such as warehouse projects, year-end inventory, and cycle counting.

All activities should be performed promptly to meet quality and productivity goals.

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
3. Basic computer navigation skills.
4. Willingness to be trained in the use of a pallet jack.
5. Good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
6. Ability to identify materials and information on parts.
7. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
