Fresenius Kabi USA in Wilson, NC is seeking a packaging associate to maintain a steady flow of production. You will load and unload tubs, move pallets, and follow SOPs and cGMPs to ensure product integrity.

You will operate high-speed lines with computer-based equipment and HMIs, perform line clearances, make minor adjustments, and participate in changeovers. Overtime may be required; a strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Visual inspection of lot numbers, expiration dates, inserts, trays, partitions, over packs, packing and palletizing over packs.
• Operate high-speed assembly lines with computer-based equipment and HMIs.
• Ensure packaged product meets all specifications while following SOPs and cGMPs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and document line clearances.

Job SummaryResponsible for working in packaging in order to maintain a steady flow of production. This may involve the following: loading and unloading tubs and moving pallets. Must follow SOP’s and any departmental procedures. Recommends improvements and identifies potential problems which could affect the operation both personnel and equipment related.
