Job summary

Lupin Ltd is seeking a Packaging Operator for our New Jersey facility. You will set up and operate filling machines for liquid, powder, and tablet products, ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMPs while documenting activities in batch records.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitation, material transfers, labeling, and palletization, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience with filling equipment for liquid, powder, or tablet operations.
• Powder or tablet filling experience preferred.
• Able to lift 25-70 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication to report progress and changes.
• Team player adaptable to changing duties.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow timelines.
• SAP experience preferred.

• Ensure products manufactured and packaged according to quality standards and product specifications via daily batch master records.
• Work as per line operating speed and standards to meet production and quality goals.
• Perform equipment cleaning, room cleaning, inspection, sanitization, material transfers, labeling and palletization.
• Documentation of activities per GMP requirements.
• Follow batch record instructions during packaging process per SOPs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines; ensure final product meets high-quality standards.
• Work in a team environment to achieve targets outputs.
