Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift license is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures; ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional climbing.
• Must be able to multitask, work in a team, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to maintain a clean work record and to a year-long position in the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers and packaging equipment, monitor quality, speed, waste, and weight.
• Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures and maintain paperwork.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Back up other operators as required and participate in changeovers and cleaning.
• Maintain area cleanliness and support autonomous maintenance initiatives.
