Job summary

Walmart is seeking a reliable production operator at our Robinson, TX facility. You will set up workstations with required products and materials, rotate through tasks such as bagger, debagger, label machines, and tray packaging, and ensure changeovers are conducted safely and efficiently.

You will monitor conveyors for damaged bottles, perform quality inspections, and adhere to GMP and food-safety requirements while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials.
• Rotates through tasks such as operating bagger/debagger stations, setting up and operating label machines, monitoring barcoding systems, and overseeing tray packaging machines.
• Completes changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
• Oversees tray pack machines and completes changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Performs quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with specifications.
• Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety/quality system requirements.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace and follows company policies.
• Maintains communication with departments, management, and associates, reporting issues impacting production efficiency.
• Immediately reports any food safety or quality issues to management.
• Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Records production and/or quality data.
