Qualifications

• Capable of using common hand tools and basic math for quality checks.
• Willing to train and supervise temporary staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate food safety or product integrity issues.
• Follow directions from Production Supervisor and management.
• Adhere to SOPs and suggest revisions for improvements.
• Ensure all quality specifications are met for products.
• Prepare production and safety incident reports for management.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow safety policies.
• Instruct subordinate staff and temporary employees on tasks.
