Job summary

Land O’Lakes is seeking a Packer Operator to join the Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team in the United States. You will operate machinery, assist in packaging final products, and help maintain safety and quality standards on the production line.

This role requires basic computer skills, the ability to read and follow instructions in English, and a readiness to learn new skills. The position offers a daytime shift with potential overtime and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and safety practices.
• Shows up on time, meets deadlines, and adapts to changes.

• Ensures all quality standards and SOPs are followed during production.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborates with Leads and Management to complete daily tasks.
