Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Loader/Unloader for the Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team in the United States.

The role focuses on front-line production, operating machinery, and packaging final products, with 2:00 AM–10:30 PM shift hours and potential weekends or overtime as needed. You will contribute to producing high-quality products from raw materials, while adhering to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices.
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Collaborates with Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.
