McKee Foods Corporation, a long-standing family bakery in Collegedale, TN, is hiring a Packaging Operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate packaging equipment, monitor runs, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced, high-volume plant.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Shift works Mon-Tue-Wed 5:45 p.m.–6:00 a.m., with other days as needed. Comprehensive benefits and profit sharing are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging and related equipment.
• Monitor settings for efficient, accurate runs and waste minimization.
• Ensure proper wrapping, packaging, and product flow quality.
• Perform startups, shutdowns, and changeovers as needed.
• Enter data, report information, and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with other shifts and communicate as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
