Job summary

The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Hand Packager for the 3rd shift at our Smyrna, TN facility. You will hand pack and ensure safe, efficient packaging of products for shipment.

We offer a 3rd shift schedule (11:00pm - 7:00am Sun-Thu) with a pay range of $17.25–$17.54 per hour plus a $1.10 shift differential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with basic math and strong attention to detail essential for success.

Job Summary

The hand pack operator will be responsible for hand packing and ensure the efficient and safe packaging of products.

We are seeking Hand Packagers for 3rd shift to join our team at Ideal Tridon in Smyrna TN!

Shift

• 3rd 11:00pm - 7:00pm Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Range

• $17.25 - $17.54
• $1.10 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspects packaged products for quality and adherence to specifications, including proper labeling and sealing.
• Records production data, including output quantities, downtime, and maintenance activities, in production logs or databases.
• Collaborates with production team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting and reaching with hands and arms.
• May occasionally climb stairs.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
