Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our Production Team in Gentry, AR. You will set up machines, switch between products, and operate equipment to keep lines running smoothly while ensuring codes and labels are accurate.

You will troubleshoot minor issues, train teammates, and log production data, all while maintaining cleanliness and safety. This on-site role operates during 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.).

• Enter accurate production data into our systems.
• Keep your work area clean and tidy with daily and weekly cleanup duties.
• Communicate clearly with team members and other departments.
• Follow our attendance policy and bring your best to work each day.
• Practice good hygiene and keep your workspace organized.
• Stay committed to personal and team safety, as well as the safety of our products.
