Job Title: Packaging Operator 3
Location: St. Louis, MO
Pay: $24–$25 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Schedule: Rotating 2-week schedule (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat / Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thurs)
Requirements: Must be clean-shaven due to safety protocols

Job Summary:
We’re hiring Packaging Operators to run automated production lines and machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll help package products safely and efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You'll operate equipment like forklifts, filling machines, cappers, and labelers. Previous GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and forklift experience is a plus!


What You'll Do:

Operate packaging equipment and automated production lines

Load, fill, cap, and label products using machines

Use forklifts and other powered equipment (must be trained or willing to learn)

Follow all safety and cleanliness standards (GMP)

Keep your workspace clean and organized

Help identify and solve problems on the line

Work as part of a team and support new team members

Report any safety concerns to management

Maintain excellent attendance and follow your assigned schedule

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of packaging or warehouse experience preferred

Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule

Good attention to detail and strong communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and safety rules

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Bonus If You Have:

Experience working under GMP regulations

Experience working with chemicals or in a cleanroom setting
