Job summary

Job description

As a Manufacturing Operator assigned to the Boxing area, you’ll play a hands‑on role in preparing finished RFID inlays, tags, and embeddable products for shipment. You’ll package, box, and label products while helping ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.

This is a full‑time position assigned to 2nd Shift: 3:15pm – 11:45pm, Monday through Friday. This role may require overtime, including extended shifts or weekend work, depending on production schedules and customer demand. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety, ESD, and cleanroom protocols
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate manufacturing documentation
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred

Essential Job Functions:
