Job summary

Hana Technologies Inc. in Solon, OH, seeks a Manufacturing Operator for the Boxing area to prepare RFID inlays, tags, and embeddable products for shipment. You will package, box, and label finished goods while ensuring quality and customer requirements.

This full-time role is on 1st shift: 7am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime. Overtime may include extended shifts or weekend work depending on production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Follow safety, ESD, and cleanroom protocols.
• Able to read and understand manufacturing documentation.
• Overtime may be required.
• Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including packaging, boxing, labeling.
• Accurately complete material transactions, including labeling and ERP inputs.
• Ensure packaging meets quality and customer requirements.
• Follow safety protocols including PPE, ESD controls, and cleanroom gowning.
• Participate in shift changeover meetings and communicate with teammates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and output.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Manufacturing Operator assigned to the Boxing area, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing finished RFID inlays, tags, and embeddable products for shipment. You’ll package, box, and label products while helping ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.

This is a full-time position assigned to 1st Shift: 7am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. This role may require overtime, including extended shifts or weekend work, depending on production schedules and customer demand. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety, ESD, and cleanroom protocols
• Basic computer skills and math proficiency
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate manufacturing documentation
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred
