This role involves staging, filling, capping, labeling, and over packing liquid, powder, and lyophilized products in a controlled environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.

The position details are as follows:

  • Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM (12-hour shifts, 3-day workweek)
  • Manual and semi-automated product filling (liquids, powders, hazardous substances)
  • Operating and maintaining packaging equipment (cappers, labelers, pumps)
  • Weighing, filtering, and transferring materials
  • Working in clean rooms and aseptic conditions
  • Documentation and compliance with safety and quality regulations (ISO 13485, 9001, GMP)

Physical requirements include wearing full PPE, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing, bending, twisting for extended periods. Exposure to temperature extremes and hazardous materials may occur.

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, processing, or customer service environment

Preferred qualifications include coursework in chemistry or science, experience weighing chemicals, working in ISO/GMP environments, basic math skills, mechanical skills, troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, and experience with hand tools.
