Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Able to stand comfortably for an 8-hour shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Comfort working in a food manufacturing environment that may contain allergens
• Experience with packaging in a production environment
• Ability to perform accurate visual inspections
• Reliability and consistency in following GMP procedures

Responsibilities

• Monitor the assembly line to ensure efficient handling of products.
• Package finished goods for shipment according to procedures and quality standards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during an 8-hour shift.
• Perform routine cleaning of floors and equipment to maintain a clean environment.
• Label and verify packaging meets specifications.
• Inspect packaging for defects and report issues.
• Follow GMP and safety guidelines on the production floor.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Adhere to allergen safety and other food manufacturing requirements.
• Suggest process improvements to maintain high standards.
