Job summary

Quantix in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Packaging Operator to perform essential packaging tasks in a safe and productive environment. You will handle packaging, paperwork, and inventory, and may operate forklifts and perform light maintenance per site requirements.

You will adhere to GMP, 5S, and safety programs, and support quality assurance while maintaining clean and organized work areas. Rotating 12‑hour shifts (4 on/4 off) ensure 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening
• Must pass drug & alcohol screening
• Must pass HASC/ISTC safety council classes
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain safe packaging, material handling, and visual inspection operations within guidelines and policy.
• Complies with Company and customer safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Utilize on-site Safety programs such as the JLA process.
• Operate and maintain GMP and 5S methodology.
• Maintain housekeeping in designated workspace around packaging and material handling operation.
• Operate with quality assurance in adherence to standards and requirements.
• Make constructive procedural and operational improvement recommendations to Management.
• Efficiently manage own time, activities, and resources; identify activities to accomplish objectives and coordinate actions.
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervision and/or management.
