Job Description:

Here at Mars, we have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking employment to join our factory team as a Packaging Operator.

The Packaging Operator will be a multi-skilled packing associate responsible for achieving maximum efficiency of our packing lines while ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained. The role also involves identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packaging hall.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade C or above
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
• Mechanical background desirable but not essential

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and escalate any deviations
• Support peers in achieving safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Ensure GMP/GHP packaging score achievement
• Uphold cleaning regimes to the highest standards
• Participate in operational processes supporting business performance improvements

The base pay range at the start of employment is expected to be between USD 19.84 and USD 27.28 per hour. Actual offer may vary based on individual factors. The total compensation may include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, 401k participation, and paid time off, depending on the position and work schedule. Details will be provided upon offer.
