Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Packaging Operator for a leading medical device manufacturer in Woburn, MA. You will join the Production and Packaging Department, performing manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products, while ensuring procedures and quality specs are met.

This second shift role offers $21.00 per hour, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with a focus on documentation, clean work areas, and teamwork to support Manufacturing and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, packaging, or related industry experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow documentation, procedures, and quality specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and basic mathematical abilities.
• Ability to work second shift, overtime as needed, and pass a fully cleared background check before starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial medical products.
• Ensure products are packaged according to established procedures and quality specifications.
• Inspect packaging components, identify defects, and remove nonconforming materials.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including inventory counts and batch records.
