Responsibilities:

• Setup, operate, and adjust automated filling and packaging equipment for toner packaging (e.g., filling systems, robots, case packers, labelers).
• Load bottles onto automated lines, inspect for quality and correct part numbers.
• Ensure production goals are met by keeping pace with equipment.
• Monitor product quality, perform sampling, visual inspections, weighing, and interface with QA lab.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of computer systems using alarm and fault messages.
• Changeover production equipment between different products, excluding maintenance tasks.
• Record production data via logs or computer systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues and reduce downtime.
• Handle, monitor, and label inventory.
• Maintain workstation organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
• Work with semi-automated and automated devices, including robots.
• Ability to climb stairs and work on elevated platforms.
• Use computer screens for logging in/out and data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Work safely and cooperatively in a team environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
