Adare Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Packaging Operator to follow the Line Leader's direction and perform solid oral dose bottle and blister packaging tasks.

Responsibilities include running lines at required speeds, switching labels, maintaining GMP documentation, and completing SOP trainings. The role requires adherence to gowning and serialization rules and teamwork across shifts.

Employees are provided with internal development opportunities to progress within the organization, enhancing their professional skills and industry knowledge through Adare’s investment in their growth.We offer a variety of fields to embark in, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, chemistry, formulations, analytical research and development, finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, project management, human resources, and environmental health and safety.**Position**Packaging Operator**Location**Philadelphia, PA**Summary**The Packing Operator will follow direction of the Line Leader and Supervisor, and will perform solid oral dose bottle and/or blister packaging activities.******Responsibilities**Performs routing checks to ensure that the quality standards are met and that no violations to cGMP's occur during the operation of assigned machines.Takes the initiative, to set the slat pattern and efficiently operate the filling machine at the required speed.Able to disassemble the Slat Filler, clean the parts, and re-assemble the Slat Filler machine.Loads and efficiently operates the MGS Topserter at the required speed.Changes labels on the Labeler and efficiently operates Labeler at the required speeds.Informs the Line Leader and Mechanics of any packaging line machinery problems to maintain peak efficiency.Performs all necessary documentation to maintain GMP compliance guidelines.Comply with proper gowning and other attire requirements or restrictionsSuccessfully complete all SOP trainings in Veeva.Pack and scan all finished products to comply with serialization regulations.Work and communicate with other employees in a team environment.Works as part of a team helping department team members achieve departmental goals.Performs other duties as assigned.**Experience, Education, and Skills Required**High school diploma of GED equivalent; or at least 6 month’s related manufacturing experience and/or trainingGMP experience is preferredSufficient reading and writing skillsAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsApply common sense understanding to carry out special instructions on various packaging applications.******PHYSICAL DEMANDS**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, pick up, and carry various packaging components and supplies; up to 25 pounds at times.*Adare Pharma is an equal opportunity employer & prohibits unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin/ancestry, age, disability, marital & veteran status.****PRINCIPALS ONLYNO AGENCIES OR THIRD PARTIES*You should be proficient in:Warehouse ExperiencePackaging ExperienceGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
