Job summary

Adare Pharma Solutions in Vandalia, Ohio, is hiring a Production Operator to learn and perform pharmaceutical manufacturing methods including dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, and coating.

The role requires a High School diploma, GMP experience, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to follow batch records and SOPs. Health benefits, training, and a collaborative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP environment, preferably with Oral Solid Dose manufacturing.
• Good computer skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean product rooms and equipment (mills, mixers, ovens, granulators).
• Operate granulation equipment.
• Operate coating equipment and related systems.
• Check and document weights of powder blends.
• Compress/encapsulate products as per batch records.
• Document processes per BMR requirements.
• Operate encapsulation equipment and detectors.
• Clean equipment in encapsulation and tablet compression areas.
• Operate tablet compression equipment and inspection tools.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly; follow SOPs.
