Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Pick & Pack Associate for a distribution center in North Canton, Ohio, supporting a gourmet chocolate manufacturer. The role involves packing candies, operating wrapping and boxing equipment, and prepping production lines in a fast-paced environment.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with first shift paying $17.00/hr and second shift $17.50/hr. Candidates should meet GMPs, lift up to 50 lbs, and have basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Basic reading, writing and math comprehension.
• No artificial nails or eyelashes.
• Work attire free from rips, holes, tears, patches, or frays.

Responsibilities

• Pack individual candies or product bags into boxes.
• Operate equipment: shrink and flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, boxing and box taping equipment, and scales.
• Set up and prepare the production line.
• Maintain line sanitation and clean-up at shift end.
• Uphold quality standards for candy appearance, labeling, packing, and decoration.
• Ensure cases are properly filled and products meet company standards.
