Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. is seeking a Packaging Operator for the Mentor, OH area. The role supports production and recycling operations in a manufacturing environment, assisting with caulk removal and waste sorting while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Two shifts are offered: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM at $19.50/hr and 10:30 PM–6:30 AM at $20.00/hr. This 6+ month contract emphasizes safety, attendance, and teamwork on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop floor environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recycling activities throughout the facility.
• Perform caulk removal ("caulk out") activities as assigned.
• Collect, sort, and recycle paper, cardboard, bags, and other recyclable materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
• Support other packaging and production duties as needed.
