Job summary

Owens Corning Delmar is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing crew and support insulation production. You will assist the process, package products, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure quality while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in manufacturing or packaging, forklift certification, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights). Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

As a Production Operator at our facility, you will be working as part of a crew assisting the manufacturing process for insulation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Packaging the insulation
• Troubleshooting of machinery
• Verifying the quality of product
• General housekeeping and safety practices
• Repurposing the insulation

Requirements Include

• High school diploma or equivalentrequired
• MUST HAVE 3+ years experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating, or Packaging experience
• Must be able to secure and maintain a forklift driver’s license
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Available to work rotating shifts (rotates from days to night)
• Must be able to pass WorkKeys assessment
