Adare Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Manager for Packaging Mechanics to lead the operation and upkeep of packaging equipment, driving safety and cGMP compliance. You will manage a team of Mechanics, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Validation to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
Experience directly leading and mentoring teams.
Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Manages and leads all Packaging Mechanics.
Plans and schedules work distribution and load, supervises technicians and contractors.
Optimizes packaging equipment performance and utilization.
SME for Preventative Maintenance scheduling and reporting.
Provides input on manpower needs per project and skill requirements.
Mentor and develop mechanics to upskill and implement continuous improvement.
Develops and updates preventative maintenance programs and SOPs.
Ensures compliance with cGMP and EH&S policies.
