Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training in mechanical/manufacturing
• 2+ years in mechanical maintenance of bottle packaging lines
• Experience in nutraceutical/food/pharma manufacturing
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of cGMP and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Perform adjustments, maintenance, and repairs on packaging equipment
• Set up/changeover of packaging machines and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance on packaging lines and related equipment
• Inspect changeovers with diagnostic tools and document results
• Assist with equipment installations and repair work orders
• Read manuals and follow instructions; maintain logs and batch records
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance; train packaging operators
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper gowning per SOPs
