Seal & Design is seeking a dedicated team member for first shift in Clarence, NY. The role supports material handling, stock control, and efficient workflow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with ERP systems, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules. A HS Diploma and 1–2 years related experience are preferred; excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Locates and pulls materials for set up of scheduled jobs.
• Reviews job cards prior to pulling and notifies Lead of discrepancies.
• Returns materials to proper warehouse location after job completion.
• Assists in stocking and organizing parts and materials.
• Records stock transfers in the ERP system to maintain accuracy.
• Operates material handling equipment safely.

First Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Arrives to work on time, as scheduled, and follows the company attendance policy

• Locates and pulls materials for set up of scheduled jobs as directed by the Department Lead

• Reviews job cards prior to pulling and notifies Lead or Production Planner of any discrepancies

• Returns materials to proper warehouse location after job completion

• Assists in putting away parts & materials for stock (manufactured & resale)

• Performs cycle counts of stock and non-stock items as directed

• Records stock transfers/transactions in the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy

• Completes housekeeping activities including keeping materials organized and in proper locations, tightening up space as needed

• Cross trained in Clean & Pack responsibilities to provide coverage for PTO and heavy workload

• Operates material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner and observes all other safety and security procedures

• HS Diploma and 1 to 2 years related experience

• Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software
