Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance and supervision to maintenance staff in a manufacturing setting.
• Oversees PM program, scheduling, and tracking results for equipment reliability.
• Coordinates procurement for repair parts and maintenance services.
• Directly supervise overhaul department personnel, including training and performance checks.
• Responds to equipment emergencies and ensures safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and shares knowledge with team.
