Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to lead packaging area maintenance. The role requires performing PMs, line support, and safe equipment operation. Responsibilities include housekeeping, repairs, and assisting others on the shift to ensure continuous line operation.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and prior manufacturing experience. The job offers overtime, weekend on-call availability, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; REQUIRED & VERIFIED.
• Experience: Previous relevant manufacturing environment preferred; carpentry, millwright, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, welding valued.
• Equipment/Software Skills: Basic computer knowledge - data entry.

Responsibilities

• Keeping lines running for better efficiency.
• Work on work orders that are assigned.
• Cleaning the maintenance shop and parts cage area.
• Follow SOPs and lockout procedures for equipment safety.
• Perform PMs on assigned areas and assist others as needed.
• Identify mechanical improvements and perform repairs when possible.
• Complete downtime sheets and GMP log daily; be on-call on weekends.
