Job summary

Bosch USA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Machine Operator to support PA2 Value Stream packaging processes. You will set up and operate packaging machines, load components, and monitor performance to meet production standards.

You must be able to stand for eight hours, have good hand dexterity, read and follow instructions, and lift up to 40 lb. Prior machine operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer experience in machine operating.
• General Math Skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Able to stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging machines in the PA2 Value Stream.
• Load reciprocating saw blades, clamshells, cards into machines.
• Replenish materials (tape, labels, clams, cards).
• Place sealed clamshells into cartons and load into machine.
• Load/unload pallets; operate pallet and hoist lifts.
• Make adjustments to run machines efficiently.
• Read and follow standard operating procedures for each machine.
• Detect quality standards and measures for each machine.
• Maintain cleanliness and tool organization; follow safety procedures.
