This position is responsible for setting up and operating various packaging machines according to procedures and guidelines, as well as filling, securing, and labeling containers to meet company and customer specifications. The role requires performing each essential duty satisfactorily, with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and according to specifications
• Complete changeovers accurately and on time
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed
• Assist in training new employees and temporary workers
• Understand lot coding processes and complete all necessary paperwork
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency
• Promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, Evolve)
• Comply with GMPs and safety practices
• Maintain regular attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Preferred: 1+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with GMPs, OSHA regulations, and quality inspection methods

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

• Stand for 6-7 hours; sit less than 1 hour; walk 1-2 hours
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive use of hands for grasping and dexterity
• Work around moving machinery and wear PPE as required (safety glasses, nitrile gloves)
