As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain machinery to ensure high-quality production, smooth operation, and proper maintenance.

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:30pm, with one Saturday shift per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate filling/packaging equipment following quality, safety, and OSHA standards.
• Assemble/disassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing.
• Monitor product flow and control machine operations.
• Conduct testing and provide samples to quality assurance.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Wear appropriate safety and sanitation clothing.
• Report safety or quality issues promptly.
• Ensure documentation and programs are up-to-date.
• Stand, reach, and use hands frequently during work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with filling machines preferred.
• Ability to interpret manuals and schematics.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
