Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Machine Operator to run corrugated board converting equipment and contribute to meeting production goals. You will set up, operate, and clean machinery while adhering to GMPs and safety rules to prevent defects and downtime.

The role includes learning and assisting teammates, cross-training on other machines, and reporting production data to help the plant grow and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and apply high school level math.
• Ability to use common sense to follow instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate corrugated board converting machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow GMPs and Pratt Industries safety rules and operating procedures.
• Learn and assist colleagues, and cross-train on other machines as needed.
• Adhere to production schedules and propose process improvements to meet goals.
