Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Physical demands: The employee is frequently required to walk between different departmental offices; stand, stoop, bend, reach for objects with hands and arms; walk up and down stairs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all manufacturing procedures per GMP and FDA requirements.
• Maintain a constant flow of production consistent with established production and quality standards.
• Prepare packaging materials in order to fill, seal, and palletize various packages according to manufacturing order.
• Ensure that product is being filled in appropriate pre-labeled containers.
• Monitor the appearance and fill levels of the materials being packaged.
• Monitor the operation of the equipment being utilized.
• Write up production tags with the amount of packaged product and report on batch tickets.
• May be required to assist with unloading of empty drum trailers and other warehousing functions.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance of the immediate work area.
• Follow all safety instructions and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
