Job summary

Qual Pac (A Pro Pac Company) in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Machine Operator to operate automated packaging equipment at a Frito-Lay dedicated facility. This role focuses on safe, efficient production while meeting quality standards and supporting maintenance with technician-level issues.

You will start up and shut down equipment, load presets, monitor runs, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform routine cleaning and end-of-shift procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Experience operating automated production equipment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Start up and inspect production equipment for readiness.
• Load correct production presets/recipes and verify configuration.
• Monitor equipment for consistency and quality during runs.
• Troubleshoot jams and minor issues; communicate with maintenance.
• Complete end-of-shift cleanup and basic equipment care.
