Qualifications

• 1–2 years of packaging/manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Team-oriented with clear communication.
• Basic math skills and ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate equipment such as Velteko, Matrix, label printer, blending/grinding machines.
• Operate manual packaging equipment including heat sealing machines, bagging machines, coffee mixers and grinders, and pallet jacks.
• Enter lot codes on work orders.
• Clean machinery and work areas, document on checklists, follow GMP.
• Operate forklifts to move equipment and supplies.
• Verify correct materials on production lines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Perform changeovers and shut down packaging lines.
• Conduct process quality checks.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, Cal/OSHA, FSMA and safety programs.
• Follow OSHA regulations.
• Engage in 5S and continuous improvement.
