Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Corporate Trainer to support packaging operations in Everett, WA. You will operate and optimize packaging lines, perform chemical cleaning, and document line activities while escalating issues to supervisors.

The role emphasizes training teammates, supporting 5S and centerline checks, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Candidates should be flexible to shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to ensure production continuity and safe, high-quality

Qualifications

Operate machines in assigned area and perform daily cleanup.
Perform chemical cleaning during daily turnaround and unplanned intervals.
Escalate acute and chronic machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist/Lead.
Support line operation documentation (Gemba boards, 5S, centerlines, CIL tracking) by completing tasks at required intervals.
Be involved in new initiatives by providing feedback, writing procedures, and training others.

Responsibilities

Operates machines within assigned area, including troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, quality control, and waste control.
Performs chemical cleaning during daily turnaround and unplanned intervals.
Escalates issues to Line Specialist/Lead as required.
