Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Corporate Trainer to support packaging operations in Everett, WA. You will operate and optimize packaging lines, perform chemical cleaning, and document line activities while escalating issues to supervisors.

The role emphasizes training teammates, supporting 5S and centerline checks, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Candidates should be flexible to shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed to ensure production continuity and safe, high-quality

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Operates machines within assigned area. This includes troubleshooting, cleanup, setup, quality control, and waste control.
• Performs chemical cleaning within assigned area, both on daily turnaround and unplanned intervals.
• Escalates acute and chronic machine and organizational issues to Line Specialist and/or Lead as required. (Bullet 3)
• Supports existing line operation documentation, such as Gemba boards, changeover checklists, 5S, centerlines, and CIL tracking, by completing the required tasks and documentation at the required intervals. (Bullet 7?)
• Supports new initiatives when required by providing feedback, writing and training others on procedures, and adopting new tasks and documentation.
• Accountable for keeping and maintaining assigned tools.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Works with little supervision, but work is reviewed. Exercises discretion within areas of responsibility.
• Recommends actions and alternatives to supervisor and others.
• Position has little to no contact with customers.
• Position makes indirect contribution to efforts that generate moderate levels of revenue.

• Less than 25% travel is required for this position. Travel would be to other sites via airplane
• Corporate Trainer must have availability and flexibility to work different shifts and days, sometimes for weeks at a time, to provide support and training to all of our employees. May need to work weekends or overtime as required.

Pay Range for Packaging Machine Operator

The Packaging Machine Operator base pay range$20.77 - $20.77/hourly.The listed salary range represents Kettle Cuisine’s good faith estimate for this position and represents the minimum and maximum fornew hire salaries for the Everett, WA location only. Ranges will be reviewed on a regular basis. An employee’srate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time.In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team membersas a part of any final offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.The Packaging Machine Operator position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.
