Position Overview

This position is responsible for setting up and operating packaging machines, filling, securing, and labeling containers according to company and customer specifications. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and accurately
  • Perform changeovers and preventative maintenance
  • Assist in training new employees and temporary workers
  • Understand lot coding and complete necessary paperwork
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Promote company values (ASPIRE)
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety practices
  • Maintain regular attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Effective communication and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements and Working Environment
  • Stand for 6-7 hours; sit less than 1 hour
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; carry up to 30 lbs
  • Repetitive hand movements
  • Work around moving machinery and wear PPE as required
