Job summary

Security Properties is seeking a Machine Operator in Illinois to perform set-ups, adjust and run packaging equipment, and ensure products meet customer quality requirements.

The role requires GMP awareness, basic math for material calculations, and strong communication to coordinate with line workers. Training on HACCP is available; overtime and shift differentials may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math skills to calculate quantities for orders.
• Familiarity with GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and communication skills to prioritize work and convey changes.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment in preparation for product runs.
• Operates and adjusts equipment to meet quality specs.
• Inspects and tests packages, documents results.
• Stages and checks materials for quick changeovers in production.
• Completes and files required documentation.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Works overtime across shifts as needed.
