Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for 1st & 2nd shift in Waukesha, WI. The role involves setting up, operating, and cleaning sleeving and bottling equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging in a food-manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have 1+ years of related machine operation, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and follow GMP and food safety standards. Contract-to-hire with a competitive pay range and onsite work.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of machine operating experience.
• Experience with sleeving, bottling, filling machines.
• Ability to set up machines for production safely and efficiently.
• Experience in a food production or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate sleeving and bottling machines according to procedures and requirements.
• Monitor the sleeving process to ensure correct sleeve application.
• Verify date codes are accurate for each production run.
• Communicate quality or machine status concerns to supervisor or Plant Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per GMP.
